Tasks
Develop, implement, and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets within the B2B professional cleaning chemical, building care, and floor care sector.
Identify, engage, and develop relationships with prospective clients and strategic partners to expand the company's presence in B2B professional cleaning chemical markets.
Lead complex negotiations and successfully close high-value commercial agreements while ensuring alignment with company objectives and delivering strong value to customers.
Work closely with product development, and technical teams to align sales initiatives with broader business strategies and product roadmaps such as professional floor care chemical products and Floor Cleaning machines.
Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to provide actionable insights that support strategic decision-making and product development.
Prepare accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance analyses to track progress against targets and identify growth opportunities.
Requirements
Minimum of 5~7 years of proven experience in sales and business development, ideally within the B2B professional cleaning chemical, building care machine industry or a related sector.
Strong understanding of building care, floor care sector, customer segments, and industry trends, with the ability to translate market insights into commercial opportunities.
Demonstrated history of achieving or exceeding ambitious sales targets, securing strategic partnerships, and driving sustainable business growth in competitive markets.
Experience developing go-to-market strategies, identifying new revenue streams, and contributing to long-term commercial growth.
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, partners and internal stakeholders
