As a Sales Representative, you own the close. You will take qualified, pre-booked appointments and convert business owners into clients through consultative discovery, product demonstrations, and a professional closing process—all conducted via phone and video. You will be one of the first members of our founding sales team, making a direct impact on the company's growth and trajectory.
Consultative Selling: Conduct discovery calls and live product demonstrations with qualified, pre-booked prospects.
Solution Mapping: Identify each prospect's unique business challenges and present tailored Cortera AI solutions to address them.
Pipeline Management: Manage the full sales cycle from initial discovery through to the final close.
CRM Data Integrity: Maintain an accurate pipeline, keep detailed records in the CRM, and provide reliable sales forecasts.
Target Performance: Consistently meet and exceed monthly revenue and closing targets.
Deal Momentum: Conduct timely, professional follow-ups and maintain strong relationships throughout the client decision process.
Operational Handoffs: Coordinate clean, seamless transitions to onboarding and client success teams upon a closed deal.
