International Key Account ManagerWe are working with one of our key clients looking for a driven International Key Account Manager to grow their retail presence globally, with a particular focus on the footwear and backpack categories.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth by building and nurturing relationships with retailers and key accounts across your territory.
- Identify and acquire new partners and points-of-sale, establishing our brands as leading kids’ labels in your market.
- Develop and execute country and key account plans with clear commercial targets.
- Monitor market trends, translate data into actionable insights, and report on key performance metrics.
- Represent the brands at international trade fairs and retail training events.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to shape and deliver global sales strategies.
- What We’re Looking For
- International sales experience, ideally within the footwear industry.
- Proven track record managing distributors, agents, or third-party accounts.
- Strong commercial acumen - sales planning, forecasting, and performance tracking.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to derive actions from data.
- Enthusiasm for both account farming and hunting, including new products and categories.
- Willingness to travel internationally on a regular basis.A hands-on, collaborative attitude with a passion for teamwork.
