Job Purpose
ICE Fixed Income & Data Services is seeking a high-performing, results-driven sales “hunter” to accelerate revenue growth across Greater China region. This role focuses on originating new business, expanding existing client relationships, and driving cross-sell opportunities across ICE businesses.
The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, commercially astute sales professional with a strong track record in financial services. You will play a critical role in positioning ICE as a market leader by connecting clients with innovative, data-driven solutions through collaboration with internal product, relationship, and global sales teams.
Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities across financial institutions, asset managers, and other market participants
- Execute a targeted sales strategy to build and manage a robust pipeline and exceed revenue targets
- Drive cross-selling and upselling across ICE Fixed Income & Data Services’ full product suite
- Lead complex commercial negotiations and contract closures
- Build and maintain senior-level (C-suite) client relationships
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and solution demonstrations
- Understand client workflows and tailor value-driven proposals and RFP/RFI responses
- Represent ICE at industry events, forums, and working groups
Knowledge and Experience
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in quota-bearing roles within financial services
- Strong experience in complex solution selling and negotiations
- Solid understanding of Fixed Income, Derivatives, Data Solutions, or Financial Markets
- Established network within financial institutions (buy-side, sell-side, or market infrastructure)
- Excellent pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM discipline
- Strong presentation, communication, and influencing skills
- Ability to operate independently while collaborating globally
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin and/or Cantonese is essential to communicate with stakeholders in Mandarin or Cantonese and English
