Key Responsibilities
- Art Sales & Client Relations: Welcoming gallery visitors, sharing the stories and craftsmanship behind each piece, and driving sales conversions.
- Daily Shop Operations: Managing inventory, ensuring aesthetic product display, professional packaging, handling occasional deliveries, and maintaining a welcoming shop environment.
- Social Media & Digital Engagement: Assisting with social media accounts, utilizing AI tools (for copywriting, content creation, or image optimization) to enhance online presence and attract digital clientele.
Requirements
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in Cantonese and English (essential for interacting with local and international clients); good listening comprehension of Mandarin.
- Digital Skills: Proficient in major social media platforms (Instagram, Xiaohongshu, etc.) and comfortable using AI tools to boost daily workflow and content creation.
Key Attributes
- A genuine interest in or knowledge of vintage tea ware, metalwork, lacquerware, or traditional crafts (prior experience in art galleries, luxury retail, or antique sales is a plus).
- Strong self-drive, excellent communication skills, and a result-oriented mindset.
- Meticulous and responsible, with a gentle touch for handling delicate art pieces.
Work Mode & Compensation
- Flexibility: Part-time role with flexible, customizable hours—ideal for balancing studies, freelance projects, or other commitments.
- Compensation: Purely Commission-Based (No Base Salary).
