Key Responsibilities

• Sales hunter to build and bring in new business based on book of business Prospect territory, clients, and leads Identify and develop new targets to develop national business volume in Ocean, Air, and Overland Freight, as well as Value Add solutions Increase market penetration for the PSA BDP brand Engage with Asia region global sales team, Product Leaders, and Vertical team to develop target accounts within country/ region Solid and demonstrated working knowledge of the Freight Forwarding Industry.
• Ability to research, identify, tackle, grow and close business opportunities ensuring the needed support from product and operations.
• Results-driven, proactive, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Great negotiation, consultative and relationship management skills.
• Ability to manage priorities, be organized, methodical and deal well under pressure.
• Other duties as required

Job Requirements Education and Experience

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in freight forwarding industry and sales preferred
• Minimum 3 years industry experience preferred
• Knowledge about Ocean Freight, Air Freight or Overland Freight in a Freight Forwarding/ Logistics company
• Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
