About The Role

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve personal sales targets and KPIs consistently.
• Ensure compliance with organizational quality standards and procedures.
• Manage and respond to client inquiries, ensuring timely resolution.
• Support auditors by coordinating their requests and ensuring closure.
• Actively gather potential customer information and follow up on sales leads, quotations, and agreements.
• Schedule and coordinate Business Development calls and activities.
• Assist in developing and executing local sales campaigns as directed by the Business Development or Account Managers.
• Coordinate mass mailing campaigns and business outreach activities.
• Regularly review personal sales performance and submit timely reports.
• Maintain accurate records and update customer data in the CRM system (Companion database).
• Support planning and execution of trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events within allocated budgets.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the management team.

About you

2-3 years of full-time, practical experience in sales or related functions.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team.

Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems preferred.

Ability to manage time efficiently and work under pressure.

Candidates should have hands-on experience in the TIC (Testing, Inspection, and Certification) sector. Security and compliance with statutory requirements in the countries in which we operate is essential for DNV. Background checks will be conducted on all final candidates as part of the offer process, in accordance with applicable country-specific laws and practices.
