About the Role
We are seeking a creative and proactive Social Media Executive to manage and grow the digital presence of our brands across the real estate, hospitality, construction, and investment sectors. The ideal candidate will be responsible for content planning, social media management, audience engagement, and supporting marketing initiatives to enhance brand awareness and generate leads.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain company social media accounts including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and X.Create, schedule, and publish engaging content including posts, stories, reels, and short-form videos.
- Develop and maintain monthly content calendars for multiple brands.
- Write compelling captions and content aligned with brand guidelines.
- Coordinate with photographers, videographers, designers, and internal teams to produce content.
- Monitor social media channels and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner.
- Track engagement, reach, and performance metrics and prepare monthly reports.
- Stay updated on industry trends and recommend innovative content ideas.
- Assist in covering company events, project launches, site visits, and promotional campaigns.
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in social media management.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Experience using Canva, CapCut, or similar content creation tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to manage multiple brands and projects simultaneously.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging content ideas.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing social media for real estate, hospitality, construction, or luxury brands.
- Basic photography and videography skills.
- Experience with Meta Business Suite and social media analytics tools.
Knowledge of paid social media campaigns is an advantage.
