Role Overview
MasterClass is seeking a highly strategic and creatively driven Senior Content Marketing Manager to lead end-to-end campaign strategy and execution for class launches. This role sits at the intersection of entertainment, culture, storytelling, and technology, reporting to the Integrated Marketing organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end integrated marketing campaigns for MasterClass launches, from positioning and strategy through execution and reporting
- Develop integrated go-to-market strategies across owned, earned, paid, social, product, and talent/instructor channels
- Write clear and inspiring creative and strategy briefs
- Partner cross-functionally with Creative, Content, Talent, PR, Product Marketing, Social, Performance Marketing, and Operations teams
- Build strong working relationships with instructors and their teams
- Use audience insights, campaign performance, and testing to optimize strategies
- Support on-set campaign moments and production environments
- Evolve campaign development through AI-enabled tools and experimentation
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in integrated marketing, content marketing, brand marketing, entertainment marketing, or consumer campaign strategy
- Proven experience developing integrated go-to-market campaigns with measurable impact
- Strong strategic thinking and storytelling skills, with experience writing positioning frameworks and creative briefs
- Exceptional cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working directly with talent, creators, or external partners in fast-paced environments
- Strong understanding of culture, audience behavior, and consumer trends
- Curiosity and adaptability around emerging technologies, including AI-enabled marketing
- Excellent communication, presentation, organizational, and project management skills
