Job Description
This is an exciting time to join Visa's U.S. Marketing Services team, as we strengthen our focus on developing new partnerships and deepening relationships with established Issuer, Merchant and Fintech Clients.
The U.S. Marketing Services team, part of the overall North America Marketing organization, is transforming how we partner with clients to drive engagement, through a proactive and results driven marketing approach.
As part of the U.S. Marketing Services team, the Marketing Analyst, U.S. Marketing Services will support the development and execution of client programs that optimize the use of Visa marketing platforms/initiatives.
This analyst is responsible for supporting partnership relationships with Visa’s bank and Fintech clients, and building best-in-class co-marketing plans that support business goals for both Visa and its clients.
This Analyst must be able to thrive in a dynamic, highly-matrixed environment. The analyst will be results-oriented, flexible, and have a “can do”, positive attitude. Additionally, the analyst must have a consistent track record in working collaboratively with internal team members and external clients. The analyst should be detail oriented and thoughtful when preparing materials for clients.
In addition, you should be qualified to communicate directly with clients through weekly conference calls, video conferences, or in-person meetings. The Analyst will support important administrative functions across multiple platforms including opening and managing budgets, submitting intake forms and financial reporting.
Essential Functions
- Support the sell-in, development, and implementation of B2B, B2C and B2B2C marketing programs that leverage Visa resources, expertise, platforms, and sponsorship assets to drive business goals for Visa and its clients.
- Work cross-functionally with key internal stakeholders including Account Sales, Consulting & Analytics, Product Marketing, Research & Insights, Brand, Product, Communications, Digital Media, Legal, and agency partners to align priorities, coordinate deliverables, and ensure seamless program execution.
- Assist the business development team with opportunity support and proposal development, including compiling client-facing proposals, creating PowerPoint presentations, supporting program ideation, and contributing to process improvements across marketing research, strategy, creative development, and channel delivery.
- Manage internal processes and operational workstreams that support marketing program delivery, including business development pipeline tracking, project pricing reviews and approvals, budget management, agency and client SOWs, legal agreement routing, purchase order management, vendor invoicing, and project revenue recognition.
- Provide project management support for client marketing programs, including managing timelines and budgets, running weekly client status calls, drafting agendas and call notes, coordinating agency partners, routing materials for review, and securing necessary stakeholder approvals.
- Track program performance and results, including managing post-campaign tracking, analytics, results recaps, and status updates, while building strong cross-functional relationships and operating with a flexible, results-oriented, “can-do” attitude in a fast-moving, highly matrixed environment.

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
- 2 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD, or PhD)
Preferred Qualifications
- 3 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or more than 2 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD)
- Experience supporting marketing, business development, or project management initiatives within financial services, payments, fintech, banking, or client-facing B2B/B2C environments.
- Knowledge of digital and integrated marketing channels, including digital, social, paid search, influencer, sponsorship, events, and other performance or brand marketing tactics relevant to Super Regional and Fintech clients.
- Strong presentation, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear client-ready materials, communicate effectively in meetings, and translate complex information or data into actionable insights and recommendations.
- Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional, end-to-end projects with a high level of detail, including coordinating internal and external stakeholders, managing timelines and budgets, tracking deliverables, and ensuring deadlines are met.
- Strong relationship management and influencing skills, with the ability to build trust, manage expectations, and collaborate with Sales, Product, Marketing, agencies, clients, and other internal or external decision makers.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and solutions-oriented, with the ability to self-manage, ask thoughtful questions, propose solutions, multitask across multiple priorities, and operate with appropriate urgency in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience running meetings with internal and external stakeholders, including preparing agendas, capturing follow-ups, facilitating discussion, and driving alignment across workstreams.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with a results-focused mindset and the ability to approach challenges with thoughtfulness, drive, and sound judgment.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, and Word, with the ability to build polished presentations, analyze information, and manage trackers or reports.
- Client-facing, agency, fintech, financial services, or digital marketing experience preferred

- The estimated salary range for this position is $109,700.00 to $ 170,200.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
- In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
