Digital Marketing Campaign Specialist

Our airlines and aviation client is seeking a Digital Marketing Campaign Specialist to join their team for a 5 month hybrid role in Chicago, IL. This role supports the execution and optimization of digital marketing campaigns with a focus on paid media, along with contributions to email and account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives.

The position requires hands-on campaign management, performance tracking, and collaboration across internal teams and external partners to drive measurable results.

The Basics

Duration: 5 month assignment

Hours per week: Approximately 40 hours

Location: Hybrid in Chicago, IL

Top 3 Required Qualifications

• Hands-on experience executing and managing paid media campaigns within platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn, or Meta
• Proven ability to track, analyze, and report campaign performance, including deriving actionable insights from data
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, timelines, and stakeholders simultaneously

Other Qualifications

2+ years of digital marketing experience across paid media, email, or campaign execution

Experience supporting email campaigns and ABM initiatives

Familiarity with audience targeting, budget pacing, and campaign optimization strategies

Detail-oriented with the ability to follow established processes and collaborate cross-functionally

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly for presentations and communication

Ability to synthesize data from multiple sources into clear recommendations

Experience in B2B marketing environments preferred

Exposure to agency workflows or collaboration with creative and media partners preferred

Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools is a plus

Experience executing campaigns in international markets is a plus

Reliable and consistent attendance is required

Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship

Key Responsibilities

• Build, launch, and manage paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
• Coordinate creative asset development and campaign trafficking with internal stakeholders and external partners
• Implement audience targeting strategies, manage budgets, and optimize campaigns for performance improvements
• Monitor key performance metrics such as CTR, CPL, and conversion rates, making real-time adjustments as needed
• Execute ABM campaign elements including audience uploads, segmentation, and targeting setup
• Support execution of email and digital campaigns aligned to business development goals
• Analyze competitor digital campaigns and provide insights on messaging and channel strategy
• Track campaign performance and compile results for reporting across channels
• Support ongoing reporting needs and contribute to performance documentation and insights generation
