You’ll report directly to the Head of Digital Marketing & eCommerce. Close to the online product, customers and to the decisions. No bureaucracy between you and shipping.

Work with AI as your default operating modeNot as a tool you use sometimes. As the way you think and work. You’ve used AI to build something that would have taken a team of three without it.
What we’re looking forYou’ve shipped something yourself in the last 30 days. A tool. A campaign. A flow. Something real, live, and working. Include a link in your application.
You think in loops, not campaigns. The assessment tool is the campaign. The affiliate program is the distribution strategy. You don’t separate building from marketing.
You ask “what does the customer get out of this?” before “what do we get out of this?” Always. Without being reminded.
You’ve worked across B2C and B2B and you know the line between them is getting blurry fast. Good. That’s exactly where we’re headed.
You can direct an agency when needed, but you don’t need one to ship.
The stack you’ll work withAI-native tools for building and shipping fast. HubSpot or equivalent for lifecycle and lead handoff. Whatever you need to get the job done we’re not precious about tools.
