We are now looking for an ambitious, structured, and commercially oriented Marketing Specialist who will play a central role in how Shortcut presents itself, communicates, and creates demand in the market. This role is for someone who enjoys making things happen. As a Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing activities across digital channels, content, events, presentations, sales support, and brand building. You will become an important practical and strategic resource for leadership, sales, and professional teams.
The role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution from improving websites and optimizing campaigns to producing content, organizing customer events, and creating presentations that help us win new business.

- Manage Shortcut’s websites and ensure they remain updated, relevant, and commercially effective
- Plan, execute, and follow up on digital advertising campaigns
- Work with SEM and SEOGEO (Generative Engine Optimization): Optimize Shortcut’s content, websites, and expertise to become more visible, understandable, and relevant in AI-driven search, assistants, and emerging digital platforms
- Monitor traffic, leads, conversions, and campaign performance
- Use insights and data to improve content, messaging, and marketing activities

- Produce and publish content for websites, LinkedIn, newsletters, and other relevant channels
- Write copy, customer cases, articles, posts, and other marketing content
- Help strengthen Shortcut’s market positioning
- Collaborate with specialists to make technological and strategic expertise accessible and engaging for customers
- Ensure a clear and consistent tone of voice in external communication

- Plan and execute customer events, professional seminars, and other marketing activities
- Contribute to internal events and initiatives that strengthen culture, pride, and internal branding
- Work with brand building both internally and externally
- Identify opportunities to increase Shortcut’s visibility in relevant communities, channels, and contexts

- Create and further develop marketing materials, presentations, one-pagers, and customer-facing material
- Support sales efforts with effective messaging, visual assets, and relevant content
- Help ensure Shortcut appears professional, clear, and relevant in customer dialogues
- Ensure presentations and materials maintain high quality and are continuously updated
- Kvalifikasjoner2–5 years of relevant experience within marketing, communication, digital marketing, agency, technology, B2B, or similar industries
- Strong understanding of digital channels, content, and targeted marketing
- Experience or interest in SEO, SEM, digital advertising, analytics, and AI optimization
- Ability to create content that is clear, relevant, and commercially valuable
- Strong organizational and execution skills
- Interest in technology, digital products, design, user experiences, and artificial intelligence
- Curiosity about how AI impacts marketing, search, content production, analytics, and branding
- Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with sales, leadership, and professional teams
- Strong written communication skills in both Norwegian and English
