Responsibilities

• Build and execute digital marketing strategies across all touchpoints, including online advertising, social media, website, email and e‑commerce.
• Manage social media channels, SEO activities, influencer collaborations and support the roll‑out of the digital marketing plan for Italy.
• Coordinate day‑to‑day activities with external agencies, setting clear KPIs and ensuring strong ROI on all digital initiatives.
• Manage and optimize the Vileda Web Shop, contributing to online sales growth through promotional plans and dedicated digital activations.
• Develop and implement media plans and manage product and content Monitor and analyze digital performance, extracting insights from market trends, customer behaviour and best practices to support business decisions.
• Ensure effective reporting by tracking performance, traffic and conversion KPIs across digital channels.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of digital touchpoints and ensure alignment with brand values and business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Marketing, Digital, Business, Communications, or a related field.1–3 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Media, E‑commerce or similar roles prererably within FMCG or consumer‑driven industries.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, extract insights and understand key digital KPIs (traffic, conversion, ROAS, CPM, CTR, etc.).
• Hands‑on experience in digital campaign execution, social media management, or e‑commerce operations.
• Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms (Google Analytics, Meta, Amazon, CMS tools, etc.) is a plus.
• Creative mindset combined with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally and collaborate with agencies and internal stakeholders.
