A typical day in this role
- Formulate marketing initiatives / strategies to achieve marketing goal
- Organize and manage marketing events and promotions through social media, SEM and other channels, aiming to acquire new subscribers and enhance user experience
- Contribute towards a holistic growth strategy that: translates the company’s deep, data-driven understanding of HKET’s different audiences into the best path towards conversion
- Constantly evolves and tests how best to generate new starts among both mass and niche audience readership groups, collaborating with different parties where appropriate
- Prepare marketing and promotion materials and marketing communications collateral
- Explore and liaise with vendors and partners for marketing campaign and promotion
- Conduct market research, user survey, focus group and prepare analysis report
- Handle ad-hoc projects and able to work under pressure
About you
- Degree holder in Business, Marketing, e-Commerce, Communications or related disciplines
- Around 2 years’ experience gained from marketing field, preferentially in e-business or media or financial background
- Excellent organization skills with high attention to detail and ability to multi-task
- Knowledge in digital marketing and social media savvy will be preferred
- Self-motivated, energetic, passionate and result-oriented
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Experience in event management a plus
- Immediate available is highly preferred
- Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Digital Marketing Executive
