Content Planning & Brand Storytelling: Drive the creation and management of engaging, on-brand content across Instagram, website, and digital channels, ensuring alignment with Rosewood Hong Kong’s identity and campaign objectives.
End-to-End Content Production: Lead photo and video shoots from concept to execution, including mood boards, creative briefs, scheduling, budgeting, and coordination with the Corporate Brand Team and external talent.
Social Media & Localization: Develop impactful social content for Instagram while adapting and optimizing content for Mainland China platforms (RED and WeChat) in line with local trends and audience preferences.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with PR, F&B, Wellness, Retail, Rooms, and Corporate teams to deliver tailored, high-quality content that supports business unit goals and ensures brand consistency.
Stakeholder & Asset Management: Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders (influencers, creators, vendors), oversee contracts and usage rights, and maintain well-organized, accessible content assets on platforms such as Picasso and OneDrive.
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in content planning, preferably within an agency, in-house team, or media environment.
Strong expertise in Instagram channel management and a solid understanding of brand content planning.
A degree in Marketing, Communications, and/or a related discipline is preferred.
Self-motivated, and equipped with a keen aesthetic sensibility
Proficiency in social media channels and publishing is essential. Knowledge of photography, photo editing, and simple video editing and hands-on experience in shooting videos with iPhone is a strong advantage.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese (Cantonese and/or Mandarin), or native-level proficiency in English
