About The Role
We are seeking a motivated, creative and results-driven Manager, Digital Acquisition to support the business growth of our digital channels through impactful digital content strategies and paid campaigns.
As an individual contributor, you will be responsible for planning, creating, managing, and optimizing product-related content features across digital platforms to enhance customer engagement, strengthen brand awareness, and support revenue generation.
Based at our headquarters, you will collaborate with cross-functional global and regional teams, leveraging your expertise in product development, content strategy, digital marketing, analytics, to ensure our digital channels deliver measurable impact.
As a key contributor to our growth initiatives, you will drive content innovation, develop high-impact campaigns, and create customer-centric content that showcases products, improves discoverability, increases engagement, and supports conversion objectives across multiple digital touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital content strategies that support business objectives, product promotion, customer engagement, and revenue growth on digital platforms
- Collaborate with product, marketing, e-commerce, and regional teams to translate product features, benefits, and value propositions into compelling customer-facing content.
- Monitor content performance through defined KPIs and analytics tools, providing actionable recommendations to improve engagement, traffic, conversion, and ROI.
- Leverage UI/UX principles, user insights, and emerging digital trends to build and deploy new features to improve user experience and drive engagement, traffic, conversion, and ROI across owned digital platforms (website, app, WeChat Mini Program).
- Plan and manage budget of acquisition initiatives across our website, mobile app, WeChat Mini Program, paid media, and metasearch channels.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth development and integration of digital marketing campaigns. Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of all marketing efforts.
About You
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Digital Business, Business Management, Communications, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in digital product management, digital marketing, or a related role, with minimum. 2 years at managerial grade leading project implementation. Prior experience in start-up environments or high-growth companies is preferred.
- Proven experience developing and executing content strategies that drive customer engagement, brand awareness, lead generation, and business growth.
- Experience managing content and creative development across multiple digital platforms, including websites, mobile applications, CRM channels, and social media.
- Demonstrated ability to define success metrics, analyze performance data, and implement data-driven improvements.
- Experience in budget allocation, campaign performance monitoring, ROAS optimization, and revenue-driven digital marketing.
- Strong problem-solving skills, creative thinking, and the ability to generate innovative marketing strategies to drive growth.
- Prior experience in travel, hospitality, e-commerce, loyalty, or high-growth digital businesses is preferred but not a must.
- Solid experience of content strategy, copywriting, and editorial planning capabilities.
- Strong creative judgement with the ability to develop, evaluate, and optimize channel-specific creatives, messaging, visuals, and CTAs.
- Familiarity with agile product development and backlog management.
- Knowledge of UI/UX principles and how content contributes to digital customer experiences and conversion optimization.
- Understanding of marketing analytics tools and digital marketing technologies (e.g. SEO, SEM, GEO, CRM), knowledge of media strategies and the role of digital channels in customer acquisition.
- Ability to interpret performance data, identify revenue gaps, and translate insights into actionable optimization plans.
- Proficiency in Adobe Analytics, Tableau, Google Analytics, or similar tools for performance tracking and reporting.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, stakeholders, timelines, and budgets simultaneously.
- Fluency in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
- Familiarity with CRM, personalization, and marketing automation platforms is an advantage.
- Understanding of China's digital ecosystem and content platforms, including WeChat, Xiaohongshu, Douyin, and Baidu, is a bonus.
