FP&A Manager/Senior Financial Analyst (Hiring for Dubai)

Compensation

AED 15,000/month + Employment Visa + Annual Return Air Ticket🔹 Travel: Approximately 2 weeks per quarter to Angola🔹 Reporting To: Director of FinanceWe're looking for a Chartered Accountant with:✔ 3+ years of Big 4 experience✔ 3+ years in FP&A / Financial Analysis within FMCG or similar industries✔ Strong financial modelling, budgeting, forecasting, and business analysis skills✔ Hands-on experience with SAP, Excel, and Power BI✔ Ability to identify root causes, solve business problems, and drive transformation projects✔ Strong stakeholder management and presentation skillsThis is not a finance operations role.

The successful candidate will act as the right hand to the Director of Finance, driving business insights, project monitoring, performance analysis, and process improvements across multiple international businesses.
