Housed within Enterprise Marketing, Corporate Brand and Franchise teams lead the strategy and execution of enterprise brand campaigns and synergy initiatives, oversee company brand priorities and drive fan engagement strategies that strengthen affinity across audiences. Disney Corporate Creative Resources lead key company events such as D23, The Ultimate Disney Fan Event, and the Disney Archives.
As a Financial Analyst, you will report to the Senior Manager of Finance, supporting our Brand, Franchise, and DCCR business partners. This includes preparation of the Annual Operating Plan, Long-Range Plan, and quarterly forecasts for labor and non-labor expenses across these various teams.
This role provides the opportunity to develop a deep knowledge of our corporate marketing functions and requires strong analytical skills, clear communication, excellent time management, and attention to detail.

The hiring range for this position in Burbank, CA is $87,200 to $106,400 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
