As our Commercial, Finance & Corporate Analyst, you will be responsible for:
- Building and stress-testing models, business cases and decision-ready briefs
- Supporting negotiations and drafting / review processes (role-dependent)
- Turning complex or messy problems into clear, structured recommendations
- Working closely with operators, engineers and finance teams to support delivery
- Helping improve how we work — including the use of technology and automation where it matters
- This is a hands-on role.
- You will contribute, not observe.
About You
- Have 0–2 years’ experience
- Have strong analytical thinking, clear written communication and sound judgement
- Can operate at pace without compromising quality
- Take feedback seriously and improve quickly
- Are comfortable taking responsibility for outcomes
- Care deeply about doing things properly — especially around safety and risk
- Want to grow, be challenged, and build something meaningful
- Desirable Attributes:
Prior internships, projects, or coursework in mining/resources, project management, data analysis, or commercial strategyUnderstanding of basic financial concepts (e.g., budgeting, cost control, ROI analysis) in an operational contextFamiliarity with mining industry challenges (e.g., capital projects, supply chain, regulatory compliance) or ERP systems
