ESG - Asset Management

A European asset management firm is looking for an ESG Analyst to join its sustainability team. The role covers a broad range of ESG responsibilities across multiple asset classes.

Responsibilities

• Reporting on the ESG quality and impact of funds and supporting the preparation of ESG disclosures
• Managing the stewardship policy, including company engagements and proxy voting decisions
• Providing strategic input on ESG integration for new products and ongoing improvement of the ESG approach
• Supporting the ESG due diligence process for private market investments
• Completing due diligence questionnaires for clients and prospects
• Conducting ESG research and analysis of companies globally
• Researching and reporting on ESG and sustainable themes to inform investment decisions
• Monitoring ESG controversies and exclusions
• Maintaining and improving ESG data systems and tools

Requirements

• Minimum three years of experience in sustainable investment
• University degree in a relevant field (preferred)
• Good understanding of sustainable finance regulations (SFDR, EU Taxonomy, CSRD)
• Familiarity with ESG data providers and sustainability frameworks
• Strong communication, analytical and organisational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively
• Fluency in English and French
• Valid work permit required
