Round Hill Capital is a European living sector investor and asset manager with offices in Amsterdam, London and across Europe. We're looking for an analyst with 1-3 years of experience to join our Amsterdam team, supporting acquisitions and portfolio management across the Netherlands and other European markets.
This is a hands-on role. You'll work directly with senior deal team members from day one, taking real responsibility across the transaction and asset management cycle rather than supporting from a distance.
What you'll do
- Source, screen and evaluate new investment opportunities, including financial modelling and preliminary due diligence.
- Assist in preparing materials and analyses for investment committee memos.
- Support transaction execution alongside a Deal Captain, coordinating with brokers, lenders, legal advisers and internal teams through to closing.
- Monitor portfolio performance against business plans, flagging risks and opportunities as they emerge.
- Track capex projects across budgets, timelines and delivery.
- Support asset disposals, including adviser coordination and data room preparation.
- Conduct market research and benchmarking to inform investment decisions.
- Prepare portfolio and investment reports for senior management.
- Use AI tools to improve the speed and quality of research, analysis and reporting - we expect this to be part of how you work, not an afterthought.
- Who we're looking for1-3 years' experience in investment banking, private equity, real estate or a similarly analytical role.
- Strong financial modelling skills, comfortable building and stress-testing pro-forma and waterfall models.
- Sharp attention to detail and able to manage several workstreams at once.
- Clear, concise communicator in writing and in person.
- Proactive and well-organised, with a genuine interest in real estate investing.
- Uses AI tools as a matter of course and is curious about how they can improve investment workflows.
- Works well in small deal teams where roles overlap and priorities shift quickly.
- Fluent in English and Dutch.
- Any additional European language would be a plus.
