- ACA, ACCA or CFA qualified with 0 – 2 years PQE
- Big 4 or Top 10 trained preferred
- Experience within Transaction Services, Deals Advisory, Corporate Finance, Consulting, Valuations or Financial Analysis
- Strong financial modelling and analytical capabilities
- Advanced Excel skills with the ability to analyse and interpret large data sets
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Commercially minded with a proactive approach to problem solvingRole and Reporting LinesReporting into the FP&A leadership team, the successful hire will play a key role in supporting financial performance and strategic decision making across the organisation:
- Preparing financial performance reports and management dashboards for senior leadership
- Supporting budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning activities
- Developing financial models to evaluate business performance and strategic initiatives
- Analysing revenue, costs, profitability and key business drivers
- Partnering with stakeholders across Finance, Risk, HR and Corporate Strategy teams
- Delivering insight and recommendations to support commercial decision making
- Supporting process improvements and enhancing reporting capabilities
