We are seeking a proactive and analytically driven Finance & BI Analytics Specialist to join our team in Stockholm. In this role, you will play a key part in bridging finance and business intelligence, turning data into actionable insights that support strategic decision-making.

What you will do
- Business Intelligence & Reporting
- Oversee the maintenance, development, and improvement of Power BI reports and our BI platform, including financial dashboards, KPI tracking, and operational reports.
- Participate in sprint planning, prioritize the backlog, define user stories, and collaborate with stakeholders across Finance, Operations, and IT.Handle maintenance and support tasks, ensuring high availability and data integrity in all reports.
- Optimize existing products and solutions, adhering to established processes, routines, and instructions.
- Act as a test lead and solution architect when needed, planning and performing quality-enhancing initiatives to ensure the product fulfills its purpose over its lifecycle.
- Finance & Business Partnering
- Collaborate with the Finance function to develop and maintain financial reports, including P&L overviews, cost tracking, and budget vs. actuals dashboards in Power BI.Apply a basic understanding of financial concepts — such as P&L structure, KPIs, and cost drivers — to translate business requirements into meaningful BI solutions.
- Support Finance and Operations stakeholders in interpreting data and turning reports into actionable insights.
- Bridge the gap between technical BI capabilities and business needs, ensuring financial reporting is consistent, reliable, and aligned with management requirements.
- Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
- Work with business and process owners on new demands, from analyzing needs to delivering changes.
- Steer, guide, and engage in constructive dialogue with vendors and software suppliers.
- Propose and approve changes to the technical environment.
- Ensure proper system, product, and solution documentation is updated.
- Address support-related tasks and solve problems in your product area.
- Who are you?
- You hold a post-secondary degree and have 2–3 years of experience specializing in Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, and data transformation.
- You are skilled in building reports and dashboards in Power BI and assisting business users — including Finance and Operations teams — in meeting their reporting requirements.
- You understand ETL flows and can perform initial troubleshooting.
- You are also proficient in Fabric, Databricks, and PySpark.
- Importantly, you bring a basic understanding of financial reporting and business economics.
- You are familiar with concepts such as P&L structure, key financial KPIs, cost categorization, and budget/forecast reporting.
- You do not need to be a controller or accountant, but you are comfortable working alongside Finance stakeholders and translating their data needs into BI solutions.

Requirements
- We are a global organization, and fluency in both written and spoken English and Swedish is required.
- Knowledge of Spanish or Portuguese is advantageous.
