WHAT YOU’LL DO As a Sales Market Sales Controller, you maximize profitable selling by driving accurate sales budgeting, forecasting, and performance follow‑up across store and e‑commerce channels. You provide actionable financial insights, ensure transparency of cost impacts, and partner closely with Commercial, Expansion, and HR teams to secure well‑aligned decisions and strong business outcomes.
You will: Set and follow up sales budgets, forecasts, and sales plans across store and e-commerce channels, including daily sold equation targets; follow up planning accuracy and initiate improvement actions You regularly analyze sales trends in both channels and frequently update the baseline for sales forecasts accordingly Collaborate with the Commercial team to ensure alignment between sales planning and demand plans.
You ensure that agreed actions are accurately quantified and translated to sales forecasts Provide actionable financial insights to drive commercial decisions and operational efficiency to improve trading outcomes and support business growth You support the internal process by creating transparency of cost impacts, such as shop salary costs and logistics cost and support the Commercial team with the right inputs to evaluate real ROI of initiatives and actionsEnsure compliance with financial policies, controls, and internal processesAct as a business partner to the Commercial team, Expansion, and HR to ensure transparency about business performance across functions Support Sales Market leadership with financial evaluations and scenario analysis
WHO YOU ARE
- You are an analytical and business‑minded finance professional with strong skills in KPI interpretation, P&L analysis, forecasting, and financial modelling.
- You communicate clearly, collaborate confidently across functions, and work in a structured, detail‑oriented way to support Sales Market leadership with sound insights, scenario analyses, and a consistent profitability mindset
- We are looking for people with… 3-5+ years in financial controlling, planning, or FP&A; retail or multi-channel experience is a plus Well-established understanding of retail KPIs and seasonality Degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or similar field will be an advantage
