Senior Tax Analyst

This is not a back-office compliance role. As Senior Tax Analyst, you will sit at the intersection of tax reporting, transfer pricing, global compliance (Pillar Two, CbCR, DAC 6/7), and cutting-edge tax technology — all within a fast-paced multinational environment.

You will work alongside Finance, Legal, Treasury, and external advisors globally, and your contributions will shape how the company navigates an increasingly complex international tax landscape.

• In This Role, You Will
• Tax Reporting, Provision & Compliance
• Support quarterly and annual income tax provision calculations, reconciliations, and reporting processes
• Prepare and validate tax data, analytical schedules, and supporting documentation for tax filings and reporting
• Coordinate with external service providers and support internal review processes
• Monitor filing deadlines and support tax compliance activities across jurisdictions
• Transfer Pricing & Global Tax Support
• Support transfer pricing documentation, intercompany reporting, and related tax processes
• Assist with global tax reporting initiatives, including Pillar Two, CbCR, and other multinational reporting requirements
• Tax Technology, Audits & Process Improvement
• Support tax data management, reporting tools, and process automation initiatives
• Assist with tax audits, documentation requests, and technical support activities
• Contribute to process improvement, controls, and documentation initiatives
• Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Collaborate with Finance, Treasury, Legal, Payroll, Shared Services, and external advisors on tax matters and projects

What You Need

• To Succeed
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field3–6+ years of corporate tax, public accounting, or multinational finance experience
• Strong Excel, analytical, and data management skills
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and project management abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced, global environment
• Excellent communication skills for clearly conveying ideas and collaborating with various stakeholders.
• What we consider a plus
• CPA certification (or active progress toward CPA)
• Experience with ASC 740 and/or IAS 12 income tax accounting
• Exposure to SAP, One
• Source, One
• Stream, or similar ERP/BI platforms
• Experience supporting tax audits, controversy matters, or Pillar Two/CbCR reporting
