We are looking for a Finance & Accounting Analyst to join our team in Barcelona. This is a broad, hands-on role covering daily operations, bookkeeping, supplier and customer finance operations, month-end reporting, and statutory compliance. You will also support other group entities and contribute to the scalability of our global finance function through process improvements and system optimisation.

We are looking for someone who can quickly learn new processes and tools, is data-savvy, and is excited about working in a fast-paced, growing tech startup. You are comfortable handling a variety of finance tasks, bring a proactive mindset to improving processes and systems, and can manage multiple priorities while collaborating with international teams.
Degree or certification in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration; chartered accountancy or a master’s degree is a plus, but not required.2-4 years of experience in a similar finance or accounting role, ideally within a multinational or professional services environment.
Strong knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets and workspace tools.
Experience with accounting software (Xero preferred but not essential).
Familiarity with multi-entity and multi-currency finance operations.
Experience with statutory compliance (VAT, tax filings, audits) is a plus.
Exposure to financial technology solutions, including ERP systems or data visualisation tools, is a plus.
Strong organisational and time-management skills, with excellent attention to detail.
Interest in data analysis and reporting.
Collaborative, flexible, and proactive working style.
Professional level of English required; additional European languages are a plus.
