Receptionist / Customer Service (Female Candidate)
We are looking for a friendly, presentable and professional receptionist to manage front desk duties, handle calls, schedule appointments, and support daily administrative tasks.
Welcome and assist visitors and clients in a friendly and professional manner.
Handle incoming and outgoing calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and classes scheduling.
Demonstrate strong follow-up and lead management skills.
Manage classes bookings, cancellations, and appointment schedules accurately.
Address customer inquiries, needs, and complaints effectively.
Ability to handle customer concerns calmly.
Ability to multitask and learn quickly in a workplace.
Maintain proactive follow-up with leads and clients.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer service orientation.
Maintain a positive, professional attitude when dealing with customers at all times.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree.
Proven experience in Sales, Customer Service, Reception.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, and related computer applications.
Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
