What You'll Do
- Manage incoming cases to our customer support via phone, chat, and email
- Office Manager responsibilities, ensuring a well-organized workspace
- Proactively help customers by analyzing customer transactions
- Track customer health metrics Be the voice of the customer; bring real customer insights to the product development team
- Make our customers our super-ambassadors Make a real impact by challenging the status quo
- You’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, with one goal: to keep our customer base happy while expanding.

Qualifications
- You must be fluent in English, Norwegian and Swedish (written and spoken)
- Background in customer service or administrative work, ideally with phone and email communication
