-Front Desk: Welcome patients, manage check-in/out, and keep the reception area professional
-Booking & Enquiries: Handle phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp to schedule and confirm appointments
-Insurance & Billing: Coordinate with insurance agents, verify coverage, and process medical claims
-Patient Support: Answer general enquiries and handle tricky situations with patience and empathy
-Admin Support: Handle data entry, update electronic patient records, and assist with daily clinic tasks
We Need
-Languages: Good spoken and written Cantonese and English (Mandarin is a plus)
-Traits: Mature, organized, pleasant, and able to multitask under pressure;
Excellent communication skills to handle tricky situations and complex insurance enquiries
-Experience: Form 5/DSE graduate or above, with 1–2 years in customer service, reception, or hospitality. A knowledge of clinic management software is an advantage
