Job Description
Responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiries and basic complaints via hotline and email.
- Process requests, verify documents, and maintain accurate customer records.
- Coordinate simple transportation and maintenance task arrangements.
- Communicate with internal teams to follow up on customer feedback.
- Assist in general administrative or ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- Diploma or above; fresh graduates are welcome.
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-minded, responsible, and self-motivated.
- A good team player with a service-oriented mindset.
Working Hours
- 5-day work week including Saturdays, Sundays, Mondays, and public holidays, plus two weekdays (Tue–Fri) to be rostered.
- Working hours: 09:00–18:00.
