About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Executive Assistant & Business Development Support full time professional based in Dubai to provide executive-level administrative support while assisting business development activities across the UAE and GCC markets.
The role involves managing schedules, coordinating communication, supporting sales operations, and contributing to lead generation and client engagement efforts to drive business growth and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide executive support including calendar management, meeting coordination, email handling, manage expenses and travel arrangements
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, agendas, and meeting minutes
- Act as a point of contact between executives, clients, and internal teams
- Support business development activities including lead generation, market research, and prospecting
- Assist in preparing proposals, RFPs, and client presentations
- Coordinate client meetings, follow-ups, and stakeholder communication
- Track pipeline activity and support MIS/KPI reporting
- Support email campaigns, outreach activities, and LinkedIn prospecting
- Maintain client databases and ensure data accuracy
- Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and business events
- Handle administrative and coordination tasks for leadership and BD teams

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field preferred3+ years of experience in Executive Assistant, Business Development Support, or office administration roles
- Must be currently based in Dubai, UAEStrong communication skills in English
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
- Strong understanding of lead generation, pipeline management, and sales support processes
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
- Proactive mindset with strong ownership and accountability
Preferred Skills
- Experience supporting senior leadership (CEO/MD/Directors) in UAE/GCCExposure to both Executive Assistant and Business Development roles
- Strong understanding of B2B sales pipelines and conversion cycles
- Experience in multinational or high-growth environments
- Familiarity with MIS reporting, dashboards, and KPI tracking
- Experience in LinkedIn prospecting and email campaigns
- Basic knowledge of UAE business environment and client engagement practices
- Arabic language skills (added advantage)
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders independently
- Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho CRM (is an added advantage)
