Responsibilities
Administrative Support & Investment Management
- Manage new account openings – including client confirmation, documentation, and coordination with internal operational teams.
- Maintain accurate and updated client account information by processing account updates and revisions as needed.
- Facilitate asset transfers and ensure timely completion.
- Prepare client correspondence, tax documentation, business reports, investment policy statements.
- Identify operational or portfolio-related issues and contribute to effective solutions while maintaining high standards of accuracy and professionalism.
Client Service & Relationship Management
- Deliver a high standard of client service by anticipating client needs and responding to inquiries across phone, email, and in-person channels.
- Foster and maintain strong client relationships through proactive engagement and timely communication.
- Support business development efforts by assisting in prospecting activities and client-facing initiatives.
- Ensure all client communications adhere to regulatory requirements, disclosure standards, and record-keeping obligations.
Requirements
- Valid license as an Administrative Assistant in the financial services sector
- Proven experience in accounting, investment management, or related financial services roles
- Strong knowledge of financial products, investment strategies, and regulatory compliance
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Effective communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in office software including MS Office Suite and financial management tools
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
