Manage executive calendars, scheduling, meeting coordination, conference rooms, catering, and related logistics
Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements including flights, hotels, transportation, itineraries, and agendas
Process expense reports, invoices, purchase orders, and reimbursement requests
Support team operations through All Hands planning, offsite coordination, team events, and external meetings
Assist with onsite visitor management and guest escorting as needed
Coordinate office space, equipment, software access, and office-related support requests
Manage access to shared team resources including SharePoint, OneNote, and Wiki platforms
Partner closely with Administrative Assistants and Executive Assistants across the organization
Handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion
Support ad hoc administrative and operational needs across the team

5+ years of Administrative Assistant experience within a high-tech or technology-focused organization
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and OneNote
Experience with Slack and Concur or similar expense management tools
Strong calendar management and travel coordination experience
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Exceptional organization, attention to detail, and follow-through
Ability to work independently and proactively solve problems
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Experience handling confidential information with discretion
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
