We focus on the messy middle where money, residency, and tax rules collide across borders, with clients who often have assets, income, and obligations in more than one country.

From our presence in the US and Lisbon, Portugal, we coordinate investment management, financial planning, and tax‑aware strategies for people building lives between the US and Europe. That often means working alongside tax professionals, attorneys, and relocation advisors to make sure portfolios and plans actually line up with where clients live, work, and spend.

Role Description

Client Service Associate / Administrative Support (Part‑Time, Remote – US‑Based)

We’re looking for a detail‑oriented Client Service Associate / Admin to help us take better care of clients and keep the day‑to‑day work moving. This is a part‑time role to start, with flexibility on schedule and location within the US. Over time, the role may grow into a full‑time position, but that is optional.

The primary focus is administrative and client service support: paperwork, follow‑ups, custodian forms, and keeping our systems organized. If you enjoy getting things right the first time and closing loops, you’ll be a good fit. Over time, there is room to grow into more relationship‑management responsibilities if that’s of interest, but the immediate need is strong admin support.

The role is remote‑friendly, and would fit well for someone who wants to work consistent hours during the US business day (for example, a parent who wants to work while kids are in school, or someone in transition who wants steady, meaningful part‑time work).
