The Executive Assistant supports Insidesource’s success by elevating the CEO’s effectiveness and day-to-day operations. This highly visible position serves as a trusted partner and right hand to a deeply engaged CEO and other executive stakeholders, ensuring seamless execution across administrative, operational, and communication priorities.
Dynamic, energetic, and supremely organized, the Executive Assistant has a natural ability to anticipate needs, manage competing priorities, and operate with discretion. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a forward-thinking, creative, and global organization.
5+ years of experience supporting a CEO, founder, or senior executive in a complex, fast-paced environment. Strong instincts around time management, prioritization, and calendaring. A natural affinity for thinking three steps ahead and planning for the unplanned.
Sound judgment with the confidence to make decisions, set boundaries, and guide stakeholders effectively.
Demonstrates good judgement, integrity, and discretion in handling sensitive information.
Comfortable toggling between personal and professional admin support.
Poised and polished, with a natural customer service mindset; fluid interpersonal skills and comfort interacting effectively with a wide range of people, both internal and external to Insidesource. Curiosity and a desire to learn: a broader understanding of the intricacies of Insidesource will support success in the Executive Assistant role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Outlook; quick to learn new tools and systems.
Must hold a valid driver's license and have a car.
The anticipated salary range for this role is $95k - 120k. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors such as experience, skills, qualifications, geographic location, and internal equity.
