We are currently looking for a Receptionist on behalf of one of our client, a Swiss private bank in Geneva.
As the first point of contact for the bank, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional client experience and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office.
Your responsibilities will include
- Providing a professional and welcoming experience to clients, visitors and business partners
- Managing the main telephone line and directing calls to the appropriate contacts
- Coordinating meeting room bookings and preparing rooms for client meetings
- Welcoming clients upon arrival and notifying the relevant teams
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail, courier services and deliveries
- Managing office supplies and coordinating orders with external vendors
- Providing administrative support to various departments as required
- Assisting with travel arrangements, reservations and internal event coordination
- Maintaining reception and common areas to the highest professional standards
- Supporting internal teams with ad hoc administrative and coordination tasks
- Ensuring the utmost level of confidentiality, discretion and professionalism in all interactions
- Your Profile
- Previous experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Assistant or Administrative Assistant, ideally within a private bank, financial institution, family office or luxury environment
- Excellent presentation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Service-oriented mindset with outstanding attention to detail
- Ability to multitask, prioritise effectively and perform well in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken
- Highly organised, reliable and discreet
- Swiss residency is mandatory
