Overview
We are partnering with a leading global investment platform, recognised for its strong market presence and high-performing, collaborative culture, to hire a Junior Executive Assistant professional for its Dublin office.
This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate to gain exposure to a dynamic and fast-paced international environment while supporting senior stakeholders and contributing to the smooth running of the office.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to senior executives, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements
- Assist with the preparation of presentations, reports, and internal documentation
- Coordinate meeting logistics, including room bookings, catering, and virtual conferencing
- Act as a professional point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Support day-to-day office operations, including supplies, vendor coordination, and facilities management
- Assist with onboarding processes and internal event coordination
- Process expenses and handle general administrative duties as required
- Maintain strict confidentiality when handling sensitive information
Candidate Profile
- Experience in an administrative, executive assistant, or office support role
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Professional, personable, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
- Interest in financial services or investment management is advantageous
