Purpose of the position: As Project Assistant you will provides day-to-day administrative, logistical and personal assistance to the project team. The role acts as a key interface for general services and document coordination, supporting smooth project operations in an international environment.

You will be part of our BECCS project (full-scale Bio-Energy Carbon Capture and Storage) for Business Line ENCAR.How can you support us? Here below your responsibilities:

Provide general secretarial and administrative support, including:

• Exchange of documentation between Contractor, Subcontractors and Company
• Support administrative activities in SAPDocument preparation
• Management coordination and scheduling meeting
• Document formatting and filing
• Provide assistance with general living matters (e.g. local arrangements)
• Assist and accompany personnel in registrations with local authorities, where required.

Support in general organizational and administrative tasksPreparation of Project Record Books (PRB) collecting the documentation from all project departments in accordance with the PRB indexWhat are we looking for?

Experience: Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in customer assistance, administrative or support functions.

Languages: Swedish and English proficientIT

Skills

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Sap knowledge is a plus.
