About The Role
Tuyo is a fast-growing startup based in between Miami and Madrid, and we're looking for a highly organised, proactive person to keep our office running smoothly and support both of our founders day-to-day. This is a varied, hands-on role at the heart of the company, no two days will look the same.
What You'll Do
- Running the office
- Own the day-to-day running of the office so the team can focus.
- If something needs doing, you make it happen
- Receive visitors, manage deliveries, post, and couriers
- Keep the kitchen and common areas well-stocked; monitor the fridge, pantry, and supplies and reorder proactively
- Oversee cleaning staff, ensuring the office is always tidy and well-maintained
- Coordinate with technicians, maintenance providers, and building management for any repairs or incidents
- Manage relationships with office suppliers and service providers
- Support onboarding of new team members: desk setup, equipment, access,etc.
- Spot what's needed before anyone has to ask, and take care of it
- Supporting the Founders
- Manage both founders' calendars and travel
- Coordinate and book travel for the founders and wider team; flights, accommodation, transfers, and itineraries
- Help organise team events, offsites, and logistics for group travel
- Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Take on ad-hoc projects and tasks as the company grows
What We're Looking For
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- A proactive, can-do attitude, you spot problems before they happen
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environment
- English proficiency (written and spoken), full fluency is not required
- Previous experience as a PA or executive assistant is a plus, but not essential
- Discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information
- Nice to have
- Experience in a startup or scale-up environment
- Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace, Notion, or Slack
- Compensation
- Up to €35,000 / year

- This is a fully on-site role based at our Madrid office.
