Role Overview
This role provides administrative and operational support to the E-commerce team and senior leadership, ensuring efficient daily operations, strong team engagement, and high-quality execution of key activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to 4 Senior Directors, including calendar management, travel arrangements, expense reimbursement, and daily coordination to ensure smooth and efficient team operations
- Lead admin community initiatives to strengthen team capabilities (e.g. company policy understanding, stewardship practices), and execute ongoing employee wellbeing programs to promote health and organization morale
- Organize and execute key office events such as town halls, leadership visits, and major team gatherings, ensuring smooth coordination and high-quality delivery
- Support E-commerce–related activities and KCP processes, while facilitating coordination across internal stakeholders
- Own and manage the E-commerce team’s daily shipment reporting with accuracy and timeliness
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work with multiple stakeholders
- Strong sense of ownership, attention to detail, and service mindset
- Good organizational and multitasking skills
- Previous experience in an administrative or assistant role is preferred
