Join a dedicated marine personnel team to oversee the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle and talent placement for a global fleet.

• Manage daily crewing recruitment operations across international manning networks to meet fleet requirements.
• Identify and evaluate crew profiles against specific vessel parameters, rank seniority, and engineering criteria.
• Direct the assessment process and partner with internal fleet leadership to select senior officers.
• Formulate long-term workforce planning frameworks aligned with organizational performance targets.
• Verify that all appointed personnel possess valid international maritime certifications and meet strict compliance benchmarks.

skills and experience required.

• Tertiary qualification in maritime studies, business administration, human resource management, or a related discipline.
• Proven track record in corporate maritime recruitment or crewing operations.
• Solid knowledge of international seafaring regulations, STCW, and MLC guidelines.
• Familiarity with specialized crew management platforms and standard office productivity software.
• Excellent interpersonal capabilities to collaborate effectively with diverse international stakeholders.
