Role Overview
We are looking for a hands-on, HR Operations Executive to own the full HR function for our Singapore office.
This is an individual contributor role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced Tech Consultancy environment, is highly organized, and takes pride in both operational excellence and creating a positive employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
- HR Operations & Compliance:
- Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle: Offer Letters, Pre/Post-Onboarding etc.
- Coordinate Timesheet Management in collaboration with the Finance/Operations team
- Handle payroll processing and CPF submissions
- Liaise with the Finance Team on IRAS GST, ECI filings, and withholding tax matters
- Manage IR21 filing for departing foreign employees
- Submit NS claims via ns.gov.sg
- Draft and maintain company and employee correspondence, HR letters, and policy documents
- Work Pass & Immigration:
- End-to-end work pass applications, renewals, cancellations, and appeals (EP, S-Pass, DP, LOC)
- Workpass distribution and record-keeping in compliance with MOM regulations

Liaise with 3rd party HR and EOR platforms (e.g. Multiplier, Deel, or equivalent)Manage relationships with external HR service providers as required
Requirements
- 3 to 7 years of HR experience, ideally within an Tech Consultancy or Professional Services environment
- Strong working knowledge of Singapore Employment Law, MOM regulations, CPF rules, and the Employment Act
- Hands-on experience with work pass applications and MOM portal
- Familiarity with IRAS processes (GST, ECI, IR21, withholding tax), ability to liaise confidently with Regional Finance Team
- Experience with 3rd party HR/EOR vendors (Multiplier, Deel, etc.)
- Payroll and CPF processing experience preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- High attention to detail, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently
