Belmont Village Senior Living is seeking an experienced Regional Director of Human Resources to serve as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to community leadership teams including HR professionals across a designated region.
This highly visible role focuses on employee relations, HR compliance, workplace investigations, leadership coaching, risk mitigation, and operational HR support. The Regional Director partners closely with Executive Directors and community leadership teams to navigate complex employee situations, ensure consistent application of employment policies, strengthen HR practices, and foster positive workplace cultures.
The ideal candidate brings strong employee relations expertise, sound judgment, knowledge of employment law, and experience supporting multiple locations in healthcare, hospitality, senior living, or other service-focused industries.
