Requirements
- Design, develop, and maintain Workday reports, dashboards, and analytics solutions to support business and HR requirements.
- Build and customize Workday reports using Report Writer, Custom Reports, Advanced Reports, Matrix Reports, Composite Reports, and BIRT Reports.
- Develop complex calculated fields to support workforce analytics, payroll reporting, and business intelligence requirements.
- Design and maintain executive dashboards using Scorecards, Discovery Boards, and Prism Analytics.
- Create secure Report-as-a-Service (Raa
- S) solutions to support downstream integrations and reporting needs.
- Perform functional, system, integration, and regression testing for Workday applications, reports, dashboards, and integrations.
- Establish and maintain test environments and execute testing activities for development, enhancement, and production support projects.
- Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Finance, and business stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and deliver effective reporting solutions.
- Analyze and optimize report performance to ensure efficiency and scalability.
- Conduct report security audits, access validations, and compliance reviews.
- Troubleshoot and resolve Workday reporting, dashboard, and production support issues.
- Support Workday releases, enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Document testing results, defects, and functional specifications while ensuring quality standards are met.
- Proven experience working with multiple Workday customers and strong expertise in Workday HCM.
- In-depth knowledge of at least 2–3 Workday functional areas, including: Core HCM, Compensation, Recruiting, Talent & Performance Management, Absence Management, Time Tracking, Benefits, Payroll
- Strong experience in Workday Reporting and Analytics.
- Hands-on expertise with: Workday Report Writer, Custom Reports, Advanced Reports, Matrix Reports, Composite Reports, BIRT Reports, XSLT-based Reporting
- Experience in Workday application testing, including functional testing, integration testing, and report validation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong stakeholder management capabilities.
- Experience delivering reporting solutions for global HR operations.
- Ability to manage customer expectations and present solutions effectively.
- Workday Certification from an authorized Workday Implementation Partner.
- Experience using testing and project management tools such as Azure DevOps (ADO) and Jira.
- Exposure to Workday Integrations and integration testing activities.
- Knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies and testing best practices.
