- What will you do as Chief People Officer?
- Develop and implement a scalable People Strategy aligned to business growth, transformation initiatives and acquisition activity
- Lead all people-related aspects of acquisitions, including due diligence, integration planning and cultural alignment
- Partner closely with the executive leadership team on organisational design, workforce planning and future capability requirements
- Enhance the employee experience to support the attraction, development and retention of high-performing talent
- Introduce consistent performance management, development and talent frameworks across the organisation
- Champion employee engagement, communication and change management initiatives during periods of growth and transformation
- Strengthen leadership capability and succession planning across both senior leadership and emerging talent populations
- Build a commercially focused and scalable people function designed to support continued expansion
- Develop repeatable integration frameworks and people processes to support future acquisition activity

- What will you require as Chief People Officer ?Proven experience operating within a Chief People Officer, Head of People or HR Director capacity
- Must have experience working within professional services and/or technology-led organisations
- Demonstrated success operating within scaling and high-growth environments
- Previous experience supporting mergers and acquisitions activity
- Strong knowledge of ROI and NI employment legislation
