As People & Culture Partner at Flower you will be an integral part of shaping our business and culture in collaboration with a dynamic team and stakeholders across the organization.
This role blends strategic initiatives with hands-on People & Culture (P&C) operations, requiring both deep expertise within all areas of P&C, including a strong foundation in Compensation & Benefits, as well as a flexible & humble approach to support the team and Flower's continued growth.
Minimum 5 years in a similar role, ideally in an international environment.
Proven success in designing and implementing global compensation and benefits structures.
Deep understanding of Swedish labor law and work environment standards. Knowledge of labor law in other European countries is considered a plus.
Strong interpersonal skills combined with excellent communication, high integrity and an analytical approach.A builder who thrives creating new processes, programs, ways of working.
Forward-leaning approach to P&C, with a track record of bringing automation and AI tools into practice to make the function smarter and more impactful.
Fluent in Swedish and English, written and spoken.
University degree in Human Resources or a related field.🚀👥
