Arcadia is seeking highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Talent Acquisition Specialists to join our team and play a pivotal role in recruiting exceptional executive and director-level talent. Reporting directly to the HR Talent Acquisition Manager, this role focuses exclusively on headhunting, job posting, and conducting interviews for senior management and executive positions.
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be at the forefront of Arcadia's efforts to identify and secure top-tier candidates who align with our organisation’s vision for excellence and innovation.
In this specialised role, you will be responsible for posting biweekly job advertisements, sourcing exceptional talent, and maintaining detailed candidate records in Arcadia’s recruitment matrix. Your expertise will be essential during Arcadia’s bi-weekly Saturday interview sessions, where you will collaborate with other specialists to conduct interviews tailored to your candidates.
Flexible scheduling allows you to select morning, afternoon, or evening shifts, ensuring an adaptable and supportive work environment. You will also prepare comprehensive interview reports for management, providing insights and recommendations to drive informed decision-making.
This position emphasises collaboration, as you will work closely with your peers and the HR leadership team to uphold Arcadia’s recruitment standards. Your ability to connect with candidates, assess their potential, and guide them through the recruitment process will be critical in ensuring the success of Arcadia’s talent acquisition initiatives.

Talent Acquisition Expertise:
Demonstrated experience in recruiting executive and director-level talent. Strong skills in head-hunting, candidate evaluation, and managing recruitment processes for senior-level positions.
Interviewing and Reporting
Advanced proficiency in both written and spoken English is a must.
Advanced expertise in executive search methodologies, with hands-on experience leveraging platforms such as LinkedIn and other sourcing channels to build and sustain high-quality talent pipelines.
Strong capability in designing and executing structured, competency-based interviews for senior-level candidates, coupled with the ability to produce rigorous, insight-driven evaluation reports and actionable recommendations for leadership decision-making.
High degree of operational discipline in candidate data management, including maintaining accurate, comprehensive, and audit-ready records within recruitment tracking systems and matrices.
Demonstrated ability to operate effectively within structured recruitment cycles, including consistent participation in bi-weekly interview sessions, with flexibility to align to varying schedules across morning, afternoon, and evening time blocks.
Professional presence and stakeholder management capability, with a demonstrated ability to build trust, engage credibly with senior candidates, and collaborate effectively with internal recruitment teams and HR leadership.
Comfortable with part-time commitment, contributing 8–10 hours (20%) per week, with availability for remote work, selecting your own working hours.A motivational and empathetic leadership style, with a commitment to fostering inclusivity, integrity, and excellence. Strong interpersonal skills to inspire trust and credibility within the organization.
