Human Resources Advisor

As a Human Resources Advisor, you will work closely with our Partners, lawyers and business services units, and manage the employee lifecycle process and overall human resources operations. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Responsibilities

• Manage employee on-boarding and off-boarding process
• Manage performance & employee relation issues, including disciplinary actions, performance matters and employee grievances, in conjunction with relevant stakeholders
• Handle visa application, renewal and termination to meet the requirements of local law or regulations
• Support and keep close monitoring on HR system update / enhancement / changes for operational efficiency
• Maintain HR filing system, update HR section on intranet, and be responsible for activity calendar, office newsletter, and mailbox of the department
• Provide timely and practical advice to stakeholders on HR issues
• Conduct regular analysis and propose enhancements on policies and procedures
• Engage in other ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements

• Degree in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
• A minimum of 7 years’ relevant work experience in human resources
• Excellent communication, presentation, and inter-personal skills
• Self-motivated, organised, detail-minded and a good team player
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese ; proficiency in Putonghua is an advantage
