About the Role
We are hiring for a Senior Executive, Talent Acquisition to lead talent acquisition for all roles (corporate & frontline) across 4 markets in Asia include Hong Kong for a prestigious luxury retail group. You will own end-to-end recruitment for retail store roles (Sales Associates, Store Managers, Client Advisors) and office roles. You will act as the strategic talent partner to business leaders.
Key Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition Manage full-cycle recruitment for frontline retail roles and corporate roles across Hong Kong and Taiwan
- Direct source and headhunt passive candidates from luxury, fashion, beauty, and premium retail competitors
- Provide market intelligence on salary benchmarks, competitor movements, and candidate sentiment
- Partner with Store Managers and Regional Retail Directors on workforce planning and offer negotiations
- HR Business Partnering
- Partner with store leadership on people-related matters, including team setup, leadership pipelines, promotions, internal moves, and skill building.
- Take part in HR initiatives such as organizational changes, culture and engagement efforts, talent growth programs, and regional HR coordination.
- Respond to employee questions professionally and refer more complex issues to the appropriate channels when needed.
- Stakeholder Management
- Serve as the key recruitment contact for business leaders across 4 Asia markets.
- Provide regular updates and local market knowledge to hiring managers on candidate availability, recruitment challenges, and the status of current searches.
- Offer coaching or training to hiring managers on interview methods and effective hiring practices.
Required Qualifications
- 5–10 years of Talent Acquisition experience
- Proven corporate and frontline retail recruitment experience in Hong Kong and/or Taiwan.
- Office roles (all level) and retail frontline roles (Sales Associates, Store Managers, etc.)
- In-house recruitment experience strongly preferred (luxury retail, beauty, FMCG, or high-end hospitality)
- Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin (written and spoken)
- Must be based in Hong Kong
